Recently Kruu Sudarat Suksaard and Kruu Oliver attended a teacher training workshop hosted by the Rayong PESAO2 geared towards helping new English teachers better acclimate to the role as well as teach them a few chosen topics. In this case Kruu Bee and Kruu Kat lead a seminar on lesson plans, their importance, what makes one effective and how they can help shape a class as it progress over time. Following that Kruu Oliver lead a session on the KARS method of modifying and adapting lesson plans to better suit the students of a particular class. Both sessions included a practical group workshop where the 50 or so teachers who attended could but those newly learned skills to the test and then share with the rest of the group. It was overall a great and successful experience for all parties.
